Services and quote requests

The services presented cover building web and mobile apps, reviewing and taking over projects started with AI, and improving existing products. You cannot order or pay for a service on this site.

Getting in touch or booking a meeting does not constitute an order. Before work begins, the scope, deliverables, price, deadlines and applicable terms are set out in a quote or contract that must be accepted separately. The scope of an audit and the checks it includes are specified there.

Do not send passwords, API keys or your users’ personal data in an initial message or through Calendly. If access to your code is needed, we agree on the arrangements before work starts.

Content and credits

The text and code of this portfolio were created by Killian Jeuffroy. Project brands, favicons and visuals belong to their respective owners. Displaying them does not grant any right to reuse them.

Loïd is presented as a project built with GRL. Sistr was built with Scroll Agency. To reuse content from this site, contact its owner.

Personal data

The data controller is Killian Jeuffroy. Your contact details and message content are used to respond to your enquiries. A quote or meeting request relating to a project falls under steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Other correspondence relies on the publisher’s legitimate interest in responding to people who contact them. Without contact details, no reply can be sent to you.

Correspondence is retained while your request is being handled and any resulting project is being followed up. Once closed, only information needed to meet a legal obligation or defend legal rights may be archived for the applicable period. Further information about data needed for a service is provided when entering into a contract.

Newsletter subscription is optional. Your email address is needed to receive project updates. Processing is based on your consent, collected through the form and then confirmed by email. Without confirmation, you do not join the mailing list.

Lumail, operated by Codelynx, LLC, manages the list, address confirmation, welcome message and newsletter delivery. The form sends your address, the consent wording, the notice version, and the date and source of your subscription. Lumail also records technical confirmation information, including its date and IP address. You can withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe link in each message. Information needed to honour an unsubscribe request may be retained to prevent unwanted messages. You can ask the publisher to delete your data.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. To exercise these rights, write to killianjeuffroy@gmail.com. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You will normally receive a response within one month. If an extension is permitted under the GDPR, you will be informed within that period. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Data is not sold. Lumail’s processing terms are described in its privacy policy. Lumail may process data outside the European Economic Area. As of 31 August 2026, its documentation states that it does not provide an Article 28 DPA or customer standard contractual clauses. No such agreement has been validated for this site. Technical activation does not guarantee that this processing is compliant.

Booking a meeting

The embedded calendar is provided by Calendly. When it loads, your browser connects to that service. Your name, email address, selected time slot and any information you add are used to organise the meeting and its follow-up. Required fields are indicated in the widget. This data is sent to Calendly and the publisher, as well as any calendar or video meeting tools connected to the booking. It does not subscribe you to the newsletter. The legal bases, retention criteria and rights described above also apply to these exchanges.

You can choose optional cookies in Calendly’s banner and review your choice in the widget’s cookie settings. For more information, see its privacy policy. You can also contact the publisher by email without using this calendar.

Service providers and data transfers

Data is accessible to the publisher and the providers needed for the service you use, including hosting, email, Calendly and Lumail for newsletter subscriptions. The hosting provider may process technical data, including IP addresses, requests and timestamps, to keep the site running and secure. This processing relies on the publisher’s legitimate interest in maintaining an available and secure site.

Vercel and Calendly may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their commitments and transfer safeguards are described in the data processing agreements of Vercel and Calendly. You can contact the publisher for details of the safeguards applicable to the service you use.

GitHub calendar

The calendar shows publicly visible contributions from the killianx45 profile. This data is fetched by the server and cached for one hour. No private token is used, and your browser does not contact GitHub to display the calendar.

The total may include commits, issues and pull requests under GitHub’s rules. No private repository names are retrieved or displayed.

Browser storage

The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. The portfolio does not add advertising or audience analytics tools. The third-party Calendly widget applies its own cookie settings, described in the meeting booking section.

Your theme preference stays saved until you change it or clear the site’s data in your browser. It is not used to track you across other sites.

Links to projects and social profiles lead to separate sites. Their publishers are responsible for their content and data processing.
